KRS 61.810(1)(b) authorizes the Commission to enter into an Executive Session for the purpose of deliberations on the future acquisition or sale of real property by a public agency where publicity is likely to affect the value of a specific piece of property to be acquired for public use or sold by a public agency. We have determined that the discussions that will take place during this Executive Session would like affect the value of specific pieces of property that may be acquired for public use or sold by this agency. Several properties will be discussed during this Special Called Commission Meeting.
