Description:
Barn owls are one of the most widely distributed bird species in the world, but in our state they are listed as a species of greatest conservation need. Join us from 10:30 to 11:30am and learn more about these amazing creatures and for your chance to help out our feathered friends. During the program, participants will build barn owl nest boxes to be used by Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife biologists to study barn owls in Kentucky. Due to limited materials, registration is required.
