This workshop will cover everything you need to know about hunting turkey! Topics covered will include: - History of wild turkey - Seasons and Regulations - Turkey biology and habitat - Scouting techniques - Sex ID - Calling - Hunting equipment - Hunting strategies - Field Dressing - Cooking
We will also be patterning shotguns at the range. Lunch will be provided. In order to come to this class, you MUST have a valid Kentucky hunting/fishing license. Don't forget, if you bought one any time after March last year, it will EXPIRE February 28th! Licenses can be purchased here.
