Join us for an Earth Day celebration at the Salato Center! A birding hike and wildflower hike will get your family outside on our hiking trails and experiencing nature firsthand and free tree seedlings will be available for you to take home and plant in your yard (while quantities last)! The day’s schedule is as follows:
10am - Early Afternoon: Free Tree Seedlings
10:30am - 12pm: Birding Hike (please wear appropriate footwear. A limited supply of binoculars will be available. Not all trails will be handicap accessible)
2:30pm - 4pm: Wildflower Hike (please wear appropriate footwear. Not all trails will be handicap accessible)
No registration is required and activities are free with general admission. $4 for adults, $2 for children ages 5-18, 4 and under are free.
