Names and other personal information provided to complete “My First” or similar certificates
using this online application will not be publicly distributed or released. Choosing to “Submit”
personal data and create a “My first” or similar commemorative certificate using this online
application constitutes agreement with the terms and conditions outlined herein. Only images
(uploaded photographs) submitted may be used for promotional purposes. Kentucky Department of
Fish and Wildlife Resources (hereafter designated “KDFWR”) and its legal representatives reserve
the right to store, analyze, and report statistics based on submitted information, and may
communicate at its discretion with participants in this certificate program about fishing,
hunting, or wildlife-related opportunities or projects.
Photo Release
By choosing to “Submit” personal data, I hereby grant KDFWR and its legal representatives the
irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use and publish uploaded photographs for any
purpose authorized by KDFWR, including but not limited to: electronic media (video, CD ROM,
and Internet), print publications, television, and advertisements. This permission includes the
right to modify and retouch images at the discretion of KDFWR. I understand that the circulation
of such materials could be worldwide and that there will be no compensation to me for this use. Furthermore,
I understand that I will not be given the opportunity to inspect or approve the drafts or finished
products such as advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection therewith.
In granting this permission to KDFWR and its legal representatives, I am fully and without limitation
releasing KDFWR from any liability that may arise from the use of said images.
Acceptable Use Policy
The intended use of this free online certificate program is for users to commemorate legal fishing and
hunting experiences and celebration of our fishing and hunting traditions. KDFWR will monitor uses of
this online program and reserves the right to examine any and all uploaded information and images to ensure
compliance with local community, state, and/or federal standards of decency. Unintended uses of this
online program or those that may be interpreted by KDFWR as inappropriate or in violation of decency
standards are subject to investigation and revocation without notice. Uses of this online program that
may be interpreted by KDFWR as potentially in violation of local, state or federal statutes or regulations
are subject to legal investigation and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
