NatureServe Explorer "Deep Link" Conditions

NatureServe grants The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, limited permission to "Deep Link" (as defined below) to the Species Comprehensive Report on the NatureServe Explorer website via The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Information Systems website. The Link shall consist solely of the text link "NatureServe Explorer". The description should read "A source for authoritative conservation information on more than 50,000 plants, animals, and ecological communities of the United States and Canada. NatureServe Explorer provides in-depth information on rare and endangered species, but includes common plants and animals too. NatureServe Explorer is a product of NatureServe in collaboration with the Natural Heritage Network." NatureServe shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your web site.
