2. Executive Session - Land Acquisition
KRS 61.810 (1)(b) authorizes the Commission to enter into a closed session to discuss the future acquisition or sale of real property by this department when publicity would be likely to affect the value of a specific piece of property to be acquired for public use or sold by a public agency. We have determined that the discussions that will take place during this closed session would likely affect the value of specific pieces of property that may be acquired for public use and could directly affect the public financial interest. Several properties will be discussed during this Special Called Commission Meeting.
