Pursuant to KRS 61.826, Committee members Harry Carloss, Frank Williams, and Paul Horn are participating in this meeting via video teleconference at the following locations – 339 Pilot Point Lane, Boca Grande, Florida 33921; 2555 Club Court, Madisonville, 42431; and 131 Big Branch Rd., Naugatuck, WV, 25685. The other Committee member, Jimmy Bevins, will be participating in person at the primary meeting location at Ky. Fish & Wildlife Headquarters, 1 Sportsman’s Lane, Frankfort, KY.

3. Discussion Item: Discussion of recommended schedule of subsequent Commissioner Selection Committee meetings, criteria for evaluation of candidates, position description, recommendation for compensation, and potential use of executive search firm.
