Description:

The Boone County Cooperative Extension Services is happy to present an in-person workshop on how to properly preserve and cook venison. Boone County Family and Consumer Sciences Agent, Diane Mason, will be discussing food handling safety, how to cook wild game meat, and there will be a cooking demonstration.
