Join the Boone County Cooperative Extension Services and Dr. Gregg Rentfrow from the University of Kentucky's Meat Science Program for an in-person, live demonstration on how to process a harvested deer. This demonstration will cover skinning, taking the meat off the bone, breaking down the large muscle groups into specific cuts, and trimming the meat for cooking or storage.
