The archery clinic is for ladies that are new to archery or those who want to gain more knowledge about compound bows and/or bowhunting. The clinic will cover your form while shooting, 11 steps of archery, determining eye dominance and shooting Genesis bows. You will also go on a tour of the archery shop! The afternoon will be filled with bowhunting. Here you will learn about equipment, tree stands, scouting, how to practice and anything else that you would need to go on your first bowhunting experience. The day will be also filled with range time to shoot! You are welcome to bring your own compound bow to practice with at the event. We will have bows available for everyone to use. You are welcome to bring your own crossbow too. We will not be going into detail about crossbows but they are welcome on the range during range time. Lunch will NOT be served. A fridge and microwave will be available if you want to bring your own lunch. If not, please have transportation to go out and get lunch. Event fee is $20.00
- Full refunds will be given until the close of business day on March 10. Cancellations made after March 10 or no-shows will forfeit their entire registration/event fee. Substitutes are accepted under the same class/event.
- Located in Independence, KY. A hotel room can be purchase at your OWN expense.
- Pack/wear clothing appropriate for outdoor activities, DO NOT wear clothes/shoes you don’t want to get wet, dirty or torn. You may want to bring a water bottle, snacks, beverages, Credit Card for possible sale items.
