To look up your results, please make sure that:

You enter your full CWD tag ID where it says CWD Tag New (2023+), which should include the last 2 digits of the harvest season and the letters KY before your 5-digit tag number. Example: if you harvested a deer during the 2024-2025 season, you MUST enter 24-KY- then your 5-digit tag # (24-KY-XXXXX)

1. **Please Note: Your test result will be updated to “Pending – Sent to Lab” when your sample is submitted to the lab. Final results are typically available within 4-6 weeks.

If looking at results from before 2023, please enter your 4-5 digit CWD tag ID where it says CWD Tag (2020-2022) and select the appropriate year from the drop-down box.
