Kentucky Passage Tundrius Peregrine Falcon Falconry Take Application

Please complete the application below by July 31. The department will notify the drawn falconer, by their preferred method of contact as indicated on the application, no later than August 15. Anyone who does not meet the stipulations outlined in 301 KAR 2:195 or falsifies this application will be denied authorization if chosen in the drawing.
