Reserve Tickets

Due to operational changes during the COVID-19 pandemic, tickets for admission to the Salato Center are being sold via the online reservation system. No tickets are being sold at the door. Tickets are valid for two-hour blocks beginning at 9 a.m. Visitors are required to wear a face mask or coverings. Social distancing of 6 feet will be required throughout the property. General Admission

  • To help ensure capacity limits, tickets devoted to a specific two-hour block of time must be purchased online, in advance of your visit. Visitors MUST enter and exit the Center within their reserved two-hour period.
  • Tickets may be reserved for 9 a.m. – 11 a.m., 11:10 a.m. – 1:10 p.m., or 1:20 p.m. – 3:20 p.m.
  • All guests must reserve a ticket online for each member of their party for a designated day and time slot. Children ages 4 and under are free but still require a ticket.
  • Please wait for all members of your party to arrive before entering.
  • Ticket prices are inclusive of applicable tax. No additional discounts are available for tickets purchased online.
  • To allow for contactless admission, a receipt and a unique entry code will be emailed separately to the address provided. Please make sure your email is correct.
  • No refunds. Your reservation date and time may be changed up to 4 hours before your original reserved time.

Members

Purchase an annual membership and receive FREE admission! Members must reserve tickets online in advance for all persons in their party. Please enter your unique membership identification number and a last name associated with the membership when reserving tickets. If the system is not finding it or you don't remember your unique identification number, call (502) 564-7863 or email Salato@ky.gov for assistance. When entering your membership number, no fee will be charged at checkout, consistent with the level of membership. To protect the integrity of your membership, upon entry, a named adult on the membership must present a valid form of identification. We do not provide membership cards. You may be denied entry without identification.

While our grounds have been open seasonally throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, phased reopening impacted operations in 2020. To show how much we value our loyal members, those with a valid membership prior to April 1, 2020 had their memberships automatically extended through Dec. 31, 2021.
