Regulations

 Habitat Project At Meadow Creek​​​​​

Starting Sept. 8, 2025, habitat crews will begin a project to selectively remove cedar trees on Meadow Creek WMA. The project will be paused during the following Deer Hunting Seasons:

  • ​Youth-only: Oct. 11-19
  • Modern Gun: Nov. 8-23
  • Late Muzzleloader: Dec. 13-21

Removed cedar trees will be repurposed for fish habitat in Lake Cumberland during the fall and winter. This project is expected to end on Dec. 31, 2025. Signs will be posted.​
