Outfitter/Guide Activity Reporting
Instructions:
Please provide the requested information regarding your outfitter/guide activity for the reporting period.
As provided in Title 301 Chapter 3 Regulation 150 of the Kentucky Administrative Regulations, please note the following reporting timeframe requirements:
- Fishing Outfitter/Guide Reports: Submit by the 15th day of every month for the previous month's guiding activities for all Fishing Guide or Fishing Outfitter license holders, even if no guiding occurred.
- Hunting Outfitter/Guide Reports: Submit within thirty (30) days after closure of the hunting season for a species in which the Hunting Outfitter or Hunting Guide was approved to take or attempt to take, even if no guiding occurred.
- Year-Round Hunting Species: For species that can be hunted year-round, submit within thirty (30) days after the end of the license year, which is the last day of February, for species in which the Hunting Outfitter or Hunting Guide was approved to take or attempt to take, even if no guiding occurred.
Note on Bowfishing: Bowfishing trips should be reported under the fishing outfitter/guide reporting form.
