Nomination meetings for the Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Commission are being held this month to fill three of nine positions on the volunteer board.

The meeting to nominate candidates for the 5th District will be held at the Boone County Enrichment Center (across from the Boone County Extension Office), 1824 Patrick Drive, Burlington, on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2024. Doors for the meeting open at 6 p.m. (Eastern Time), with the meeting to start at 7:30 p.m. The 5th District includes Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Harrison, Henry, Kenton, Owen, Pendleton, Robertson and Trimble counties.

Archery of all types held from 6 PM to 8 PM on the second and fourth MONDAY of each month. .22 Riflery/Trap held from 6 PM to 8 PM on the second and fourth FRIDAY of each month.
