This talk complements our new 'Healthy Hunting Grounds' exhibit and explores Kentuckyā€™s game animals, such as White-tailed Deer, Bobwhite Quail, and Common Snapping Turtles. Discover the nutritional value of wild game meat and learn best practices, both in the field and in the kitchen, to create a delicious, locally-sourced meal. You'll also hear about the department's efforts to make wild game cooking more accessible.
