Our mentored hunt program gives new hunters a great opportunity to learn about hunting and the outdoors by being paired with an experienced hunter. This event will be held at Knobs State Forest and WMA, which is a 1500-acre WMA near Bernheim Forest. All necessary hunting equipment will be provided by KDFWR. However, you will want to bring long pants, boots, and any other weather-related clothing.
Important: This program is for adults 18 and older. You must have a valid Ky Hunter Education Certificate and a Ky hunting license prior to the hunt.
